Monday was Kyla's birthday and we had a great time staying busy celebrating. Mormor made her a yummy birthday breakfast. We then got going and went on a fun hike with the Grygla clan out by Fredonia.
O.K. so I am not going to try and identify all the people this time but it was us, Carolyn and Glen, Jason and Debbie's family, Kelli's Family, and Mike and Steph. It was a fun, short hike up to a rock overhang that looks like a clamshell. That is probably why it is called "The Clamshell". On the rock we are all sitting on there is a lot of petroglyphs and on the bottom side of the rock that is hanging there were some really neat ones too.
Steph, Mormor, and the girls are hanging out on top. The girls made mom pretty nervous getting too close to the edge. After the hike the plan was to go to the new Kanab pool, but we found out that it wasn't open yet. So Daniel took the girls to play at the water park. He took 19 pictures while he was there so unfortunately I am not going to be able to post them all. Kyla in front of those beautiful red cliffs.
