Two Halloween Parties in One Night

Of course both the school and ward Halloween parties were scheduled for the same night, and of course we had to go to both of them. It actually worked out pretty nicely for us. We went to the school "Boo Bash" first since it started earlier. It was fun, and they had lots of yummy treats and fun decorations, but we were ready to be done after only an hour. The party in the gym had a DJ who turned the music way up and the lights way down so it fealt like a middle school dance, and neither Kyla, nor Myka liked it very much. Only Nora wanted to go out on the floor and dance with the other kids. We decided to leave the gym and get some treats before leaving the Boo Bash for the ward party. We made it to the ward holloween party in time to get some good Chili and have the girls go through the costume parade and trick or treating rooms. The ward party was a nice relaxing break after the intense atmosphere of the Boo Bash.
