After 24 hours driving in two days, we arrived in Park City very excited to see Kai and Kami and family and have a soft spot to lay our heads. (My pregnant body did not like the Motel 6 bed for the few hours we were there). Sunday after church we went down to temple square. They had all the Christmas stuff up so it was a lot of fun for the girls. Although, we were really sad we didn't get to see the lights on. Here is the girls in front of the new nativity scene. It was so fun to have the 6 girls together, they got along great.
I was very surprised to look out the window of the condo and see a ski lift right below us. I didn't realize we were that close to the ski resort. We were lucky that it hadn't snowed enough for the lifts to be open, but they had been making snow to get the runs ready. This resulted in a very convienent, fun sledding hill. Nora mostly enjoyed trying to create things out of the very hard, icy fake snow. She was not a big fan of the thrill of going down the hill. It didn't take Kyla long to figure out that she didn't need a sled to have fun down the hill. Senna and her decided to be penguins. You can see from that how hard and icy fake snow really is, she didn't even leave a trail.
We had so much fun hanging out, swimming, doing crafts, and playing with cousins. For some reason we thought we were going to have so much time. I coudn't believe how the time flew. We went to Tooele for Savannah's birthday and I guess this is the only picture I took. Myka was being extremely grumpy, due to the fact that she was getting sick. Mormor was supposed to be reading her a book to get her to settle down and take a nap. Apparently, it was just too tempting for the other 3 to have Mormor read to them.

Sounds like you had a great time...minus the falling while ice skating part. I am glad you are okay!! Isn't staying in a condo in Park City the best?!
