Election Day Fun

We had fun with an extra day off for election day. I don't remember ever having election day off, but both Daniel and the girls had it off this year. Daniel got up at 7:00 and headed to the polls. I went after he got home, while he fed the girls breakfast. We all headed to a fun indoor pool for an activity with other ward members. It is such a fun place and even more fun when Daniel is there with us. The only downside is that they don't let us take pictures. It was one of the last warm beautiful days, so we took a scenic route home while we at our Wendy's and met our friends at the park. We did want to do something more adventurous but we had to be back by 4:00 for dance. It is so nice to just have random days off every once in awhile. Speaking of random days off, Daniel also had this last Friday off supposedly for Veterens day, although that was Tuesday. Unfortunately, the girls didn't have it off, so we just got stuff caught up around the house and ready for the weekend.
