School Days

The girls were very excited to start school, although a little nervous since they were going to a new school. I was not as prepared as I should have been and the night before at six I told everyone to get in the car because we were going school shopping! We headed to JCPenney since we had a gift card and found a few cute things. Then we realized we hadn't ever eaten dinner so we went to DQ for dinner. We got the girls in bed around ten just so they could have a great start on their first day :-). In my defense only Nora had to go on the first day and it was just a half day.

 

They were excited about their new clothes. Nora is either very photogenic or not at all and mommy's lack of photo skills doesn't help either.

 

O.K. so maybe it really is my lack of photo skills since Kyla's isn't much better.

 

Myka did surprisingly well without her sisters around. Well really Kyla is only gone during nap time so that is easy.

 

We took this picture a few days later because we thought Kyla looked so cute and sassy in her pink, sparkly butterflies.
